Project Manager
Do you have a keen interest in conducting cocoa and chocolate related scientific experiments and in translating the science to practice, thereby helping a variety of companies? Cacaolab is looking for a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will conduct a wide range of tasks within our R&D projects, ranging from planning and conducting scientific experiments in our small-scale chocolate production facility or analytical lab to reporting project results to customers and supervising students. A background in food science, food technology or chemistry is required. You have the necessary skills to conduct scientific experiments in a critical way, to process data correctly, to clearly report project results to customers via presentations or written reports. Flexibility, team work and communication skills, amongst others are key in this challenging and varied job.
Researcher
Do you have a keen interest in applied scientific research on cocoa and chocolate? Cacaolab is looking for a Researcher. As a Researcher, you will conduct a wide range of tasks within our R&D projects, ranging from conducting scientific experiments in our small-scale chocolate production facility or analytical lab to reporting project results to the team. A Bachelor degree in Food science, Food Technology, Biology, Biochemistry or Chemistry is required. You have the necessary skills to conduct scientific experiments in a critical way, to process data correctly and to clearly report results. Flexibility, team work and communication skills, amongst others are key in this challenging and varied job.
Freelance chocolatier
Cacaolab is looking for a freelance chocolatier that can produce pralines for Cacaolab on a regular basis.
The pralines can be made in your own atelier, but also in the facilities of Cacaolab. Our company is fully equipped for small-scale production of molded and enrobed pralines. We have automatic tempering units, an enrobing line, cooled cabinets, working tables with granite surfaces, plenty of molds, racks and other materials at your disposal.
