“Chocolate and cosmetics, at first glance they seem to share nothing in common. But vegetable fats are used in both, and in solid cosmetics such as wax and deo sticks, avoiding crystallisation is essential, as it is in chocolate. That theory and the similarities between fats and butters in chocolate and cosmetics was well covered, both in the presentations and in the chocolate tempering workshop. The latter was a nice added value. All this in a nice setting.”
