Luciana Monteiro is Innovation director at Ara Cacao. She specializes in product development, with a focus on chocolate. She has extensive academic and professional experience, including a master's degree in Food Technology from Unicamp and specializations in several countries. Her career includes working for multinationals such as Bunge and Barry Callebaut, as well as founding Ara Cacao, a cocoa and chocolate consultancy company. Luciana has also participated in international programs, such as the Fulbright program in the USA, where she taught and carried out research in the chocolate area and was a participant in the Cocoa and Chocolate Processing workshop at Cacaolab.
