Ir. Davy Van de Walle

Ir. Davy Van de Walle graduated as Bio-Engineer (major: Chemistry) in 1999 at Ghent University. Since then, he’s professionally active as scientific-coworker in the Food Structure & Function research group, led by Prof. dr. ir. Koen Dewettinck. He’s responsible for the scientific coordination of several types of projects in close collaboration with food companies, more particularly research and development projects, collaborative projects and strategic basic research projects. In several of those the project, chocolate quality is the focus. In addition, ir. Davy Van de Walle is also active as consultant for Cacaolab bv.
