Cocoa, an important raw material for the food industry, is becoming increasingly expensive as it faces growing scarcity due to climate change. Are you looking for alternatives to (partially) replace cocoa in your food products and reduce costs? Sign up now for the webinar on January 14, 2025.

The Food Structure & Function research group (Ghent University), Cacaolab and Flanders' FOOD are joining forces with German partners (Fraunhofer-Institut für Produktionstechnologie and IVLV) to carry out a project to share their knowledge on cocoa alternatives with the Flemish and German food industry.
We are therefore launching a call to all interested companies to form a support group for the project.

In the webinar, we will present the project concept and explain how your food company can participate in this initiative. We will also gather your input to tailor the project to the needs of Flemish food companies.
